3. Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹).
• Prices and offers may change at any time without prior notice.
• Discounts, coupon offers, and promotional deals cannot be combined unless specifically mentioned.

4. Order Acceptance

• Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, incorrect customer information, or any other valid business reason.
• If a prepaid order is cancelled by us, the applicable refund will be processed.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available only under the conditions mentioned in our Shipping Policy.
• Additional COD charges may apply.
• A ₹100 advance payment is required for COD orders.
• If a COD order is refused or returned (RTO), the ₹100 advance is non-refundable and will be treated as shipping and handling charges.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on location, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen events.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Providing accurate shipping and contact details.
• Checking the size chart before placing an order.
• Reading all product descriptions before purchasing.
• Receiving the parcel when the courier attempts delivery.
