Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India through our trusted courier partners.

2. Order Processing

• Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• During sales, festivals, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping is available on individual products priced at ₹390 or above.
• Shipping charges apply to products priced below ₹390.
• Free shipping is calculated based on the price of each individual product, not the total order value.
• Example: If you purchase two products priced at ₹350 each (total ₹700), shipping charges will still apply because each product is below ₹390.

4. Delivery Time

• Most orders are delivered within 3–10 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, natural disasters, or courier delays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared through the registered mobile number, email, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery according to their standard policy. If the customer is unavailable or provides an incorrect address or contact number, the order may be returned to us (RTO).

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Additional charges apply for COD orders.
• An advance payment of ₹100 is required to confirm every COD order.
• If a COD order is refused, not accepted, or returned to us (RTO), the ₹100 advance will be treated as shipping and handling charges and is non-refundable.

8. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address, contact number, and PIN code while placing the order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

9. Delivery Delays

While we work with reliable courier partners, Veedra The Brand cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date or time. We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies, transportation issues, government restrictions, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.
